The Country Hotel Borgo Sant'Ippolito is located next to a XII century Romanesque church and a meticulous restoration is transforming it from an ancient monastery into a warm and comfortable 4 star boutique hotel.

Much care has been given to maintaining the typical architectural characteristics and thus our guests are able to enjoy the fascination of typical, old Tuscan farm-house.

Thanks to its particularly convenient location in the hills near Florence, the main sites of tourist interest in Tuscany can all be easily reached. Twenty-seven rooms are available, as well as a typical restaurant that offers a refined cuisine based on seasonal Tuscan dishes, a bar facing into the internal cloister, a fitness centre with sauna, an outdoor swimming pool and a meeting room.
