If the bottle label says "Riserva" this means that the wine has undergone a long aging process which has added finesse to it. You can taste and purchase wines directly at the farms or at specialized wine shops or at the best groceries.

When you buy the wine, check the label to see if DOC or DOCG are indicated as well as the name and address of the farm that produced it.
