The year is full of events,
feasts, fairs, shows and exhibitions
Besides all this, dozens of sport clubs,
cultural and political associations organize, even in the smallest
villages, feasts and festivals where it is easy to enjoy good food at a
reasonable price. Such feasts or festivals range from the “Sagra del
Cinghiale” (“Festival of the wild Boar”) to the “Sagra del Porcino”
(“Festival of the cep”) from the “Sagra della Pesca” (“Peach fair”) to to
the “Sagra del Tortello” (sort of ravioli).
In all of them the passion for Tuscan cuisine and traditions is well alive.
